1. Enrolment and Course Fees
All enrolments for the Relax and Revise programme must be made via Bright World Guardianships Ltd. Cambridge Melchior College will not accept direct enrolments.
For Bright World Guardianships students, deposits and fees will be taken from their expenses fund with a top up invoice being issued if necessary.
Non-Bright World students must enrol on our Temporary Guardianship Programme by using our online form. An estimate invoice covering programme and transfer fees will be issued at this point and is payable immediately. Should transfer fees increase due to waiting fees or change in circumstances then Bright World will ask for a top-up of the initial invoice which must be settled immediately.
The invoice must be paid in full not later than 21 days prior to the arrival date (for Bright World students with sufficient funds in their account, this will be deducted from your expenses fund.) Enrolments made less than 21 days prior to the arrival are accepted, subject to availability, and require immediate payment. Course fees are as published in the Bright World Relax and Revise brochure and Price List. All courses are subject to availability.
Included in your fees:
Accommodation in twin or triple room with private bathroom (single rooms available on request and at a supplement - rooming is arranged at Bright World’s discretion and if we feel appropriate we will place younger students into a room of three or four)
A classroom facility with supervising tutors on hand
A programme of afternoon and evening activities and excursions arranged according to student preference
One full day of organised activities
Three meals each day taken in the College restaurant. Packed lunches on full day excursion days.
Entrance fees and travel costs

Applications cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee paid.
Where full payment has not been received by the due date, the application will be automatically cancelled.
Deposits are non-refundable.
3. Conduct & Welfare
Students must attend regularly and punctually. Cambridge Melchior College and Bright World reserve the right to exclude or suspend students if their attendance is not satisfactory or for reasons of misconduct. Please refer to the rules as set out in the Bright World Relax and Revise Handbook and in the Guidelines and Going Out Rules leaflet. Visa nationals who do not attend regularly will be reported to the Immigration Authorities.
No refund will be given in such circumstances. The cost of any early return will be the responsibility of the student’s own family who are also liable to be charged for any damage caused by the student concerned. Appeals may be made in writing to the Principal and Bright World.
We also require contact details for the student, including a mobile phone number and email address if you have one and details of the next of kin in your own country. Provision of these details and informing us of any changes during the programme is a condition of attendance.
4. Rooming allocations
Students will be roomed in separate sex rooms in singles, twins or triples or quads according to numbers attending. We will take into consideration rooming requests made by students via Bright World only at the time of booking and will endeavour to meet these but cannot guarantee to fulfil every request unless it concerns health factors such as allergies. Single rooms may be available subject to availability and a supplementary fee.
By making a booking with Cambridge Melchior College via Bright World, you are agreeing to the storage and use of the personal information you supply about the student and yourself for Cambridge Melchior College’s purposes only, which may include issuing confirmation documents, processing payments, managing
course arrangements and helping students in need of
Cambridge Melchior College will not pass any personal details on to any other organisation or third party other than Bright World as your Guardians in the UK. Cambridge Melchior College may take photographs of students at the beginning of the course for identification cards.
Occasionally Cambridge Melchior College and Bright World may photograph or film activity at our centres. These photos/film footage are used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed/filmed or do not wish your child to be
photographed/filmed please let us know in writing.
6. Exclusion of Bright World’s liability
By enrolling via Bright World, you are agreeing to the Bright World Terms and Conditions, Sections 7 and 7.3
As the School will be selected only with the consent of the Parent, Bright World cannot accept any responsibility to the Parents or the Student for any acts or omissions of the School relating to the Student.
Where the parent has opted for the Relax & Revise programme or other holiday course operated by another organisation the parents acknowledge that Bright World cannot take responsibility for any omissions on their part as whilst on the course the other organisation’s
Terms and Conditions apply.
