Ever since the announcement of the government’s plans to impose a period of quarantine on all overseas visitors, the topic has featured heavily in conversations between schools and Guardianship Organisations. But how will the new restrictions affect overseas students at boarding schools?
Since 8th June, all overseas visitors a who arrive into the UK, have been subject to the quarantine restrictions, which ask them to enter a period of two-week self-isolation at a named address and location. Those travelling from the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man will be exempt.
