Magdalene College

Magdalene College is a small College located just outside the town centre and situated on the banks of the River Cam. Students will be able to soak up a stunning and diverse array of architectural styles and bask in the beautiful college gardens. The college admits approximately one hundred undergraduates each year and has a completely mixed intake.

Cambridge University Advanced Studies Programme

Students on the Advanced Studies Program (ASP) study two challenging university-level subjects in small classes with no more than six students taught by passionate and knowledgeable tutors. Based on the Cambridge University teaching method and taking place in the universities college, the ASP is designed to provide students with a well-rounded educational and cultural experience.

The Cambridge University Advanced Studies Program includes:

  • Maximum class size of 6 students
  • 20 hours of in-depth subject tuition over 2 weeks taught by expert tutors
  • 9 hours of creative workshops over 2 weeks
  • Guest lectures and interactive masterclasses
  • Optional SAT or IELTS preparation classes
  • 3 full day excursions and 1 half day trip over 2 weeks
  • Full afternoon and evening activity programme including sporting, cultural and fun games
  • Graduation ceremony complete with detailed personalised report cards and certificates.
