raising the bar: five-time award winner in UK Guardianship

Bright World has won this award for 5 years in a row which means we are now in a First Class category. We cannot enter the awards again and remain First Class Winners permanently.

For us, this isn’t just a trophy and a winner's certificate, it is a reflection of the trust parents place in us and the journeys we help students navigate every day. It is also proof that the work that we do is highly respected enough for people to take the time to cast their votes for us.

Back in late 2024 the voting opened and is open to UK boarding schools and overseas agents who recommend our guardianship service. They can cast their vote for the Guardianship Organisation of their preference.

The votes are counted and ST Study Travel inform us of our nomination in March. The award is granted at a big awards ceremony. The image here shows Charlotte Hamson and Lana Foster holding our trophies on the night.

This year's awards were held on Park Lane on 25th April. It seems to be a year of 25s for us as it is also our 25th anniversary so there was much to celebrate.

It is significant that we have won this award five years in a row as it shows we have been consistent with our first class service during all this time and schools and agents have shown us their unwavering support year on year to thank us for all we do.

At Bright World, our staff team are 'stayers'. We regularly celebrate 10 years of service with meals out every year. All staff are trained when they join and we keep on training and updating our service as the world changes and evolves. Our longest standing member of staff (except for our Directors, Lana and James) is Carol Gill who is now in her 22nd year with the company. In our view, you cannot beat experience.
