meet the Centre Manager, Hermes Sipsas

Hermes Sipsas

Hermes will be resident at Padworth this Christmas as our Centre Manager in charge of the Relax & Revise @ Christmas Programme. Hermes has been with Kings since 2016, starting his career there as an Activity Leader progressing to Activity Manager soon after. His impressive resume gives him first hand experience in organising and planning fantastic activities.

Hermes is a multi-linguist speaking English, Italian and Greek who has previously worked as a tour guide in Italy. He has a keen interest in learning about different cultures and languages, is extremely approachable and organised.

I am delighted to have my trusted colleague Hermes Sipsas in the position of Centre Manager at Padworth College for the Revise and Relax @ Christmas programme this year. Hermes has worked alongside me for the last 2 years as Programme Manager and is based in Brighton. He looks after the overall programme co-ordination for the summer young learner schools in the UK.

Our Pre-Arrival Welcome Packs have now been sent out and students are asked to arrive between 3pm and 6pm just before dinner.

All attending students will receive an antigen rapid test on arrival at Padworth, to help protect The Kings staff and those students already onsite.

The majority of our students will be departing Padworth on 3rd January hopefully having had a very enjoyable, relaxing and exciting Christmas break.

Bright World and Kings Education will be taking good care of our students' safety this Christmas. We will make sure that social distancing, hand washing and other Covid precautions are all being followed. Furthermore, the whereabouts of our students will be known to us at all times and will make sure that when they are out and about, they are supervised and will be following government guidance on gatherings and mask-wearing.

We will maintain and uphold all the high standards set by UK boarding schools during the Covid-19 crisis so that there is a seamless return to school in January to continue studies.
